||You will be responsible for performing accounting and clerical duties related to preparing and analyzing payroll for all Department employees, purchasing, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
||You will have a minimum of three years related accounting and/or payroll experience in a computerized environment and a diploma in Accounting or Finance from an accredited post-secondary institution, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
||The successful applicant must have thorough knowledge and proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets and word processing within a computerized environment. You must be an effective team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as be able to apply logic and sound judgment in prioritizing workload and multi-tasking.
||Applicants will be tested in order to assess the required knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for the position. The successful candidate must obtain and maintain an enhanced security clearance, which includes a polygraph test.
The salary range for this position is $50,924 - $53,763 annually.
