Individuals must be interested in applying their varied experience promoting the City???s programs and services. We are looking to fill a 1 Year Term position as well as a part/time auxiliary position. RESPONSIBILITIES In these positions you will work with a team on a number of projects including the compilation of layout, design and production of a wide variety of marketing materials (including brochures, ads, digital assets, presentation materials, booklets, posters, flyers, invitations, signage, and other marketing collateral). The City is seeking a detail-oriented team player with strong typography, design, branding and communication skills. QUALIFICATIONS You possess a post-secondary education from a recognized graphic design institute and have 2-3 years of graphic design experience. Applicants should possess intermediate PC based computer skills, including: In Design, Illustrator, Acrobat and Photoshop. A strong working knowledge of file preparation for output (prepress) is required. Experience with digital design is an asset.
