We have a unique and exciting career opportunity in our Finance department for an experienced and self-motivated accounting professional to join our team as the Manager of Financial Planning and Accounting. In this integral role, you will report to the Director of Finance and be responsible for the day to day operations of the accounting function, financial year end processes, financial planning, periodic management reporting, and Council and Committee reporting and presentations. As the Manager, your main responsibility will be to provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals engaged in financial planning, year-end and periodic reporting processes, in addition you will oversee the creation and coordination of the annual operating and capital budgets, conduct a variety of ad-hoc complex financial analysis and forecasting, as well as produce the annual audited financial statements. You will have the ability to motivate, mentor, coach and lead a diverse team of professionals. As well as strong communication and interpersonal skills allowing you to build credible and trusted relationships with your team and throughout the organization. As the Manager, Financial Planning & Accounting you will have: ??? A Bachelor???s Degree in Accounting, Business or related ??? CPA Designation ???
