| Job Description: |
Cultus Lake Park Board is seeking an energetic individuals to work in the Visitor Services Centre and to perform housekeeping duties to the interior and immediate exterior of the Cultus Lake cabins.
This is a part-time/full time seasonal position. Your work schedule will vary from two (2) to forty (40) hours per week. Hours of work are flexible on a 24/7 basis, including weekends and holidays.
The Cabins and Visitor Services work site office is located at 4169 Columbia Valley Highway.

| Duties: |
Employees in this position perform a variety of interior and exterior janitorial and custodial functions, including but not limited to dusting, washing towels and bedding and cleaning furniture, fixtures, doors and windows, vacuuming and polishing, collecting refuse, notifying supervisor of needed repairs, carrying out minor repairs to buildings and fixtures, and maintaining the security of buildings. |

| Educational Requirements: |
??? Completion of grade 12 and a minimum of two years??? experience in a similar work
environment, or an equivalent combination of education/experience;
|
|
| Skill Requirements: |
??? Ability to work with minimal supervision and effectively handle conflicting priorities;
??? Excellent communication skills, including the ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly and
converse with a wide range of people including contractors, staff, and the general public;
??? Possess a valid Driver???s Licence.

| Salary: |
The hourly rate is $15.00 per hour. You will be paid 4% in addition to your gross income, in lieu of vacation pay, on each paycheck.
|

| Additional Information: |
The term of employment is from June 2017to approximately September 2017. This is a non-union position.
Ability to interact with the public in a friendly and professional manner is required. Subject to criminal record check and driver abstract review. |
